Volunteer Opportunities

Now Accepting Volunteers!

The El Reno Carnegie Library Volunteer Program is designed to enhance and expand library service to the community. Volunteers are advocates for quality library service. Their enthusiasm, support, and commitment make it possible for the library to meet the increasing library needs of our customers.

Please find below a list of volunteer positions and descriptions for each. Anyone interested in volunteering at the library must complete the application below.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old.

Patient

Library work is often slow-paced and methodical. Patience is truly a virtue for our volunteers!

A People Person

We help people from all walks of life and customer service is our number one priority!

Has Free Time

We are open during normal school and business hours, so volunteers will need to be available during weekdays!
