Due to the wonderful increased attendance at the chair yoga class at the El Reno Carnegie Library, we are adding an additional class and changing the time.
We will now have two one-hour classes on Wednesday mornings: one at 9:30 am and a second one following at 11:00 am. These classes are geared towards seniors, those with physical limitations, and anyone who wants a gentle yoga class. We do poses sitting in the chairs and standing next to the chairs (using the chairs for balance assistance). We do not get up and down off the floor.
These are free classes sponsored by the library and anyone can attend, no need to register–just show up! Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have spares if you don’t have one).
