How to Cancel Your Eventbrite Tickets
Can’t come to an event you’ve already registered for?! That’s ok!
We ask that you please cancel your tickets so that we can adjust plans, others who want to attend have the opportunity, or so that we can reschedule an event if necessary!
- Step 1:
- Go to “Tickets”
- You can get to this through the email confirmation you received when you registered or by logging in using that email address
- Go to “Tickets”
- Step 2:
- Choose “Cancel Order”
- Desktop: Select “Cancel Order” (next to your order details). Then choose, “Yes, cancel this order”.
- Eventbrite App: Select the three-dot menu in the upper right corner and tap “Cancel order”.
- Choose “Cancel Order”
- Step 3:
- Check for an email from Eventbrite
- The attendee and the event organizer receive an email to confirm cancellation.
- Check for an email from Eventbrite
