Join us at the library for yoga Monday mornings, 9:30-10:30 a.m. This basic yoga class is for those new to yoga, those with physical limitations, and older adults. We take it slow and use the chair to assist us.  We do yoga to increase strength and flexibility and to reduce stress. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Sign up is not necessary.

A new Let’s Talk About It Oklahoma book discussion series begins this month! This book discussion series begins in July and runs through November featuring scholars from around the state. All five books in this series are in the theme Piecing the Quilt, Stirring the Stew: Ethnic American Women’s Voices. The scholar will give a short presentation followed by group discussion of the book. Books are available for check out at the library. Dessert and coffee with be provided. View books and schedule.
